Your data security is important to us, and it’s important to us, that your personal data being handled in a responsible manner. Below you can read how Mamas Mini (hereinafter "Mamas Mini", "we", "us" or "our") processes personal data about you when we act as data controllers. You can also read about the rights you have in connection with our processing.

3 WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND THE PURPOSE
We process personal data about you in a number of different situations. Read more about our treatment in the various situations below.
3.1 Visitors to Mamas Mini's websites and users of Mamas Mini's online services
When you visit Mamas Mini's websites (e.g. www.mamasmini.dk) or use our other online services (e.g. Facebook, Instagram), Mamas Mini can process information about your IP address as well as information about your computer, device and browser.
We also process information about your visit (e.g. information about the way you enter our websites, how you navigate around them, which pages you visit, content you look at, your searches, advertisements you have seen, etc. ). This personal data is obtained through cookies, log files and other technologies (you can read more about our use of cookies here under "Cookie policy").
We also process personal data that you provide to us in connection with your use of the website or our online services, including other information that you provide to us.
We use your personal data so that we can make relevant products, supplies, services and services ("Services") available to you and to improve your experience of our websites and online services as well as the Services we offer. We also use the personal data to show you content on our and others' sites based on your activities and preferences, and to limit the number of times you see the same content.
Our basis for the processing is our legitimate interests in making our website (and online services) available to you (data protection regulation article 6(1)(f)) or your consent (data protection regulation article 6(1)(a) and the cookie ordinance § 3) .
We store personal data collected in connection with your visit to our website for 30 days.
3.2 Customers at Mamas Mini
When you are a customer of Mamas Mini and buy via our webshop, Mamas Mini processes personal data about your name, your address, e-mail address, your purchases, payment information and other information that you provide to us.
We process the personal data for the purpose of being able to fulfill the agreement with our customers, with a view to delivering the Services, invoicing, keeping statistics and carrying out quality control, as well as to maintain our customer registers and provide general service, marketing and sales to our customers.
Our basis for the processing is the agreement with you (Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1) (b)) or our legitimate interests in managing your information as a customer with us (Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(f)).
We store personal data about our customers for 5 years.
3.3 Recipients of marketing
When you receive marketing, including newsletters from Mamas Mini, we process personal data about your email address. We also process information about your use of the marketing we send you (including, for example, whether you have opened an email from us, whether the email has been read and which links you have opened), as well as information, which you otherwise give to us.
We process your personal data for the purpose of marketing our company and the company's Services, creating and administering you as a marketing subscriber. We use the personal data about your preferences and your use to understand the way in which our customers receive our marketing and to improve the marketing towards you and our other customers in the future.
We only send marketing material to you by e-mail, text message or via another electronic channel when we have obtained your consent to this, when this is required according to the rules of the Marketing Act.
We also use personal information about you to show you content on our and others' sites based on your activities and preferences, and to limit the number of times you see the same content, and to measure the effectiveness of our content and marketing. For this purpose, we will be able to upload your e-mail address to advertising tools at, for example, Google or Facebook for the purpose of sending targeted marketing.
Our basis for the processing is our legitimate interests in complying with your wish to receive marketing from us, to which you have given consent in accordance with the Marketing Act (data protection regulation article 6(1)(f)).
We store personal data about recipients of marketing for 2 years.
3.4 Participants in competitions
When you participate in competitions, we process personal data about profile name, answer to the competition in question, e-mail address.
We process your personal data for the purpose of administering competitions, drawing winners, etc.
Our basis for the processing is our legitimate interests in running the competition and contacting the winner (Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(f)).
We store the above information collected in connection with holding competitions for 30 days.
3.5 Collaborators and/or suppliers to Mamas Mini
When you are a business partner or supplier to Mamas Mini or are a contact person at a business partner/supplier, we process personal data about business address, work telephone number, email address, title as well as publicly available information and other information that you provide to us.
We process the personal data for contract management and to receive goods and services from our suppliers and business partners, and where relevant to fulfill agreements with our customers.
Our basis for the processing is the agreement with you (Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interests in maintaining the relationship with you/the company you represent as a business partner/supplier (Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(f)).
We store the above information about business partners and/or suppliers for 1 year.
4 SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS
Mamas Mini may pass on your personal data to other suppliers and/or service providers in connection with the normal operation of our business.
Mamas Mini may also pass on your personal data to a public authority in situations where we are specifically obliged to pass on your personal data pursuant to legislation and notification obligations to which we are subject.
We try to limit the passing on of data in personally identifiable form and thus the passing on of information that can be attributed to you personally.
Mamas Mini also entrusts your personal data to data processors. Our data processors only process your personal data for our purposes and on our instructions.
5 STORAGE, DATA INTEGRITY AND SECURITY
When your personal data is no longer necessary, we will ensure that it is deleted in a safe manner.
It is our policy to protect personal data by taking adequate technical and organizational security measures.
We have implemented security measures to ensure data protection for all the personal data that we process. We regularly carry out internal follow-ups in relation to the adequacy and compliance of policies and measures.
6 YOUR RIGHTS
As registered, you have a number of rights according to the data protection regulation. If you want to exercise your rights, please contact us.
You can - unconditionally and at any time - withdraw any consent. This can be done by sending us an e-mail (see e-mail above). Withdrawal of your consent will have no negative impact. However, this may mean that we cannot fulfill specific requests from you in the future. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before it is withdrawn. Furthermore, it will not affect any processing carried out on another legal basis.
You can also - unconditionally and at any time - object to our processing when it is based on our legitimate interest.

7 UPDATE OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY
From time to time it will be necessary for us to update this privacy policy. We regularly review our privacy policy to ensure that it is up-to-date, fair and in accordance with applicable legislation and principles for the processing of personal data. We publish new versions on our website.
This policy has version no. 1 and is valid from 1 November 2022.
