The agreements are concluded in English.
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via www.mamasmini.dk .

Payment and delivery:
Mamas Mini accepts payment with Dankort/Visa-Dankort, MobilePay, Mastercard, ApplePay, ShopPay and GooglePay.
The amount is only deducted when the order is dispatched.
If you have ordered several items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct the payment for this item when the item is dispatched.

The prices are stated in Danish kroner. On top of the price, the price for shipping must be added if you buy for less than DKK 499. Above 499 DKK orders in Denmark, the shipping is free. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process. There may be a payment fee is imposed, depending on the chosen form of payment.

Shipping and delivery:
We deliver the goods by dao in Denmark and local shipping solutions in other EU countries.
We deliver in Denmark and rest of Europe. 

At Mamas Mini, we also endeavor to send your goods within a few working days. However, timely delivery requires that dao complies with the delivery time.

Delivery with DAO in rest of Europe

The cost for the shipment is depending on which country you're ordering from. The cost of the shipment, will be based on the weight of your total order. Please see the price for the exact order by continuing all the way to check-out. 

Error delivery:
We do our very best to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered. But should it happen that what you have ordered does not match what you have received, please send us an email at info@mamasmini.dk . Feel free to attach pictures as documentation.

The same applies if, against all expectations, your goods were damaged during shipping. Here it would also be advantageous to send pictures/video of the damage.
We will then ensure that you are compensated as soon as possible.

Exchange:
If you have ordered an item that you want to exchange for a different size or color, please place a new order and send the items you want to exchange back. In this way, we ensure that you get exactly the item(s) you want.

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel an agreement without reason within 14 days. If you have purchased several items in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some items or all items. See refund of delivery costs in case of cancellation below.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period starts from when you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
You may lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal/packaging/tear off the tags after delivery.

How to use the right of cancellation:
You regret by notifying us that you regret. You can send us an e-mail stating that you regret it to info@mamasmini.dk. You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without at the same time giving notice that you cancel.

You can use the law's standard cancellation form, which is reproduced at the end of these sales and delivery conditions, but it is not mandatory. If you do so, we will immediately acknowledge per email for receipt of your cancellation. The cancellation form will be sent to you together with our confirmation of purchase.

The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired.

Return of the item and return costs:
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to us or to Beethovens Alle 3A, 8920 Randers, Denmark, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

Goods cannot be sent per cash on delivery or without distribution.

You must pay for the return of the item yourself. An E-label from dao can be requested to send the item back from our return portal here; https://return.shipmondo.com/mamasmini

With daoE-LABEL you have the option of sending packages without having to print a label. This is done by writing a nine-digit code on the package and handing it in at a daoSHOP .

The nine-digit code must be written with a waterproof marker or pen, on paper or cardboard. If it is written on plastic, we run the risk of the code being smeared along the way.

The costs for returning the item are expected to amount to a maximum of DKK 91 in Denmark, depending entirely on what the item weighs. 

Refund of the money in case of cancellation
When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs associated with the delivery of your order. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

  • If you have purchased several items in one order and regret only part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs

We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation. However, we cannot withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have sent documentation that the goods have been returned.

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

Testing of the product and packaging
You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, its characteristics and the way in which it functions.

You must normally examine the item in the same way as you can and must in a shop, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or can in a business, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you must count on us to deduct the decrease in value in the amount you must have back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.

When returning, we encourage you to use the same packaging as you received the goods in. You should also ensure that the goods are securely wrapped when you return them. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.

Complaint:
As a consumer, you have 24 months' right to complain under the Sales Act. This means that if the item has a defect and you complain in time, you have the right to have the item repaired or exchanged in the first instance. If this cannot happen, or if it does not happen within a reasonable time, you can, depending on the circumstances, get the money back or a reduction in the price.

A defect is, for example, a manufacturing or material fault, or incorrect information about the product. On the other hand, normal wear and tear or damage you have caused to the product yourself is not a defect.

If you discover a deficiency, you must notify us "within a reasonable time". We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible, especially if there is transport damage. If you complain within 2 months of the defect being discovered, it is always within a reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs.

When you advertise the product, please also state in as much detail as possible what the problem is. In addition, we would like to be informed of your order number and you are also very welcome to send a picture of the complaint.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. Save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.
